You will stumble. You will forget.
You will think it isn’t working.

Some days your mind races. Some days it stills.
None of it is wasted.

There’s no wrong way to be here.
The real practice is how kindly you meet yourself 💙

What if you could press pause… just for a few hours?

Simple, gentle ways to slow down.
Tools you can actually carry into your day.

A space without pressure, without judgment.
Just pause. Breathe. Reconnect.

I invite you to join my Steady and Kind Online Meditation Workshop this Saturday, 28th February (10am–1pm).
Limited spaces remaining - tap the link in my bio to reserve your spot. 🌿

New here? Let me reintroduce myself.

Hi, I’m Keith 👋

➡ At 23, I travelled to India because I felt there had to be more to life.
* I’ve been practising meditation for over 25 years.
➡ For 12 years, I studied closely with Dr. Winston McCullough, an American psychologist and Tibetan Buddhism teacher. Countless retreats, long conversations, and quiet guidance shaped how I sit, teach, and live.
➡ I’m a husband and dad of three.
➡ Oh, and two years ago I broke my leg playing football… now, some days , I happily meditate on a chair 🪑😅

Meditation for me isn’t about escaping life. It’s about meeting it fully - family life, work, grief, joy, illness, love… all of it.
It hasn’t made life perfect. It’s made me more present for it.

These days, I teach meditation in a way that’s grounded, practical, and human.
No performance. No pressure. Just steady practice and real support.

Meditation lives in the messy, real, human moments… not just the quiet ones.

✨ Curious to experience it yourself?
I host a free Wednesday morning online meditation - link in bio.
Come as you are. No experience needed 🌿

Meditating alone is powerful… but if you’ve ever felt your practice plateau, this is the subtle shift you’re missing.

Meditation works alone.
It can carry you.
It can steady you.
It can teach you a lot.

But something subtle shifts when you sit with others.

The mind settles differently.
The body softens in a new way.
You notice patterns you might never see on your own.

No pressure.
No performance.
Just showing up.
Together.

When the world feels unstable, it’s natural to look outward for certainty. 🌍

To search for the right answer.
The right opinion.
The right side to stand on.

But meditation asks something different.

It invites us to notice how we are meeting this moment -
internally 🧘‍♂️

Are we tense?
Overwhelmed?
Trying to fix, solve, or push away what feels uncomfortable?

Steadiness isn’t indifference.
Kindness isn’t weakness.

They are capacities we can cultivate - especially when things feel uncertain.

In Steady & Kind, we’ll explore:

→ how to stay present without hardening
→ how to care without carrying everything
→ how to meet yourself with less judgement and more steadiness

If this speaks to something you’ve been feeling lately, take a quiet moment with that 🤍

You’ll find the details in the link in bio.

If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together, this is for you.

When life feels difficult, many of us push harder.
Or turn that pressure inward.

There is another way.

Steady & Kind is for those who want to meet life
without losing themselves in it.

To stay present. Grounded. Human.

Saturday 28th February, 10am–1pm (online).
You’re warmly invited - book through the link in bio.

Midlife restlessness isn’t a problem to fix.
It’s often a quiet signal.

A soft inner nudge that something is ready to shift.
Not dramatically.

But honestly.
Before the answers appear, there is value in simply sitting with the question.

One of the quiet gifts of compassion practice is how it changes the way we meet others. 🌿

Whether life feels busy, overwhelming, or full of pressure, Karuṇā meditation teaches us how to stay present…
with ourselves first, and then with the people we care about. 🧘‍♂️

We don’t have to fix, rescue, or solve everything. We simply stay. We listen. We hold space. ✨

That presence is a subtle but profound gift. It allows us to be fully there - even when conversations are hard, emotions run deep, or life feels heavy. 💫

Compassion doesn’t harden us. It softens us. And that softness is a strength. 💛

Ever feel stuck? 😔
Like life is happening to you, not with you?

We push, we avoid, we take on too much.
And yet… pausing changes everything. 🌿

Even a small moment of presence can shift how you meet life.
Compassion grows when we stay steady. 💛

The impulse to fix comes fast.
Learning to pause changes everything.

The discomfort of simply being with what is can feel heavy.
And yet…

When we hold it gently, everything shifts.

Karuṇā practice reminds us: presence is enough,
and kindness unfolds naturally.
