Having spent 6 years as "Yoga in Terryglass", welcome now to

Yoga Hive in Lorrha. We are currently practicing gentle yoga, focusing on breathing and restoring ourselves in a mindful and kind manner - allowing ourselves a time to simply recharge having been through such a trying time in recent years. There's no pressure in the class to prove anything to anyone - it's merely a space to give yourself a bit of a hug and to restore your personal energy. Updates of the schedule can be found here, on facebook and you are welcome to whatsapp or text me as well. Look out for pop-up OUTDOOR classes in the summer where we might buzz down to Terryglass Marina or to a secret garden elsewhere! Workshops will be advertised on this platform too. I am experienced and available for large/small private group classes, hen parties and one-to-one classes.

Tuesday morning chair class begins again on Feb 3 at 10:30 am. This class is accessible for all levels of yoga - with or without the out experience - and to all age groups. If you would like me to hold you a chair, please message me. The cost is €12 for drop ins. Or you can go 5 in a row for €50. All over 70s are €10 either way. Looking forward to seeing your sunny faces again. 🙏🏼

Wishing everyone a lovely couch potato season! I’d really like to thank all the yogis and yoginis who’ve been attending classes this year for their patience and flexibility (pun intended) this autumn/winter. I’ve had so much going on and everyone has been incredibly gracious with schedule changes etc. Here’s to peace and health in 2024. 🥰🐝🥰🐝🥰
