ve anything to anyone - it's merely a space to give yourself a bit of a hug and to restore your personal energy. Updates of the schedule can be found here, on facebook and you are welcome to whatsapp or text me as well. Look out for pop-up OUTDOOR classes in the summer where we might buzz down to Terryglass Marina or to a secret garden elsewhere! Workshops will be advertised on this platform too. I am experienced and available for large/small private group classes, hen parties and one-to-one classes.

Thank you so much everyone for your support - We have been so fortunate to have had such a wonderful start to this new chapter in our lives. The community of Portumna, Co. Galway has welcomed us so generously into town and needless to say, our patients have been delightful! Michael and I are looking forward to getting to know everyone in what we hope will be a successful foot care career. Call in or ring up (090 650 9009 - and no we're not in Athlone!) whenever you need to make an appointment. Current waiting time is roughly 10-12 days.

Tuesday morning chair class begins again on Feb 3 at 10:30 am. This class is accessible for all levels of yoga - with or without the out experience - and to all age groups. If you would like me to hold you a chair, please message me. The cost is €12 for drop ins. Or you can go 5 in a row for €50. All over 70s are €10 either way. Looking forward to seeing your sunny faces again. 🙏🏼
