Sometimes the habits we cling to are more than just routines, they are cries from our hearts and bodies for care, attention, and love.
Today in session, I noticed a familiar pattern: a body sending signals, yet the habit continues. Many of us turn to caffeine, food, or other quick fixes not just for energy, but to fill an internal void.
Our bodies are wise. They talk to us in their own language: tension, irritation, cravings. When we learn to listen with compassion instead of judgment, we can start to understand what we really need: pause, care, and self-love.
