Yoga For Everyone My name is Kate and I am a certified hatha yoga instructor, trauma informed yoga teacher, pregnancy yoga teacher, chair yoga teacher and yin yoga teacher.

My name is Kate and I am a certified hatha yoga instructor. I truly love yoga! It has transformed my life and how I see the world. Through yoga we can develop physical and mental strength, increase our flexibility, reduce our stress and boost our overall well being. I have experienced all of this and you can too! Through public and private classes, I aim to assure that your regular yoga practice is comfortable, enjoyable and accessible. I teach clients privately and in small groups, to assure everyone receives the attention needed. Classes are designed to suit all levels. Public classes every Wednesday 7-8pm. Saturday 11-12pm @ The Loughrea Boxing Club on Piggott Street

Thrilled to be offering a mini yoga retreat on August 17th.
A day for you to breathe, explore your body through yoga and most importantly, rest.
I will be offering a two hour practice which will include breathwork, yoga asana and meditation/yoga nidra. Our practice will be followed by a delicious organic lunch.
