5 things I did to get really lean really fast!! You donโ€™t have to do it this way and in fact I donโ€™t recommend it but it can be done. Fasting isnโ€™t for everyone but it works really well for me on a cut.

Nothing to write home about but personally massive for me since my injury and operation a few months ago left me broken physically and mentally. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Strength and confidence up ๐Ÿ”ฅ just a small step in the right direction. Starting point four weeks ago is pic 3.

Week 4 of the โ€˜come backโ€™ complete โ˜‘๏ธ

Nothing to write home about, just a small step but massive for me personally after injuryโ€™s and surgery last October left me broken physically and mentally ๐Ÿ˜ญ
So, made some big decisions to change things in my life and it took a while but I feel like Iโ€™m in a great place now only 4 weeks of really nailing it. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks to improve on this. Strength and confidence coming back ๐Ÿ’ช

Sounds simple right? and logically it is but when I say losing fat with
No magic formula's
No starvation
No giving up your social life
No running on the treadmill
No spending 3 hours at a time in the gym

And what's actually needed ๐Ÿ‘‡
Self discipline
Consistently showing up
Making smarter choices
Planning your week
Tracking

Its a cliche but 'nobody can do it for you' is the truth. A coach is a fantastic thing to have for guidance, support and accountability but you have to do the work and show up.

January is long! and there will be days that you just don't feel in the mood, but please, STOP letting your 'mood' dictate your outcome. Do you feel in the mood to go to work every morning? ๐Ÿ˜‚ but you still go.

Make your plan and commit to it ๐Ÿ‘Š
