Follow these 4 slides to change your life.
If you want to look and feel better you need a plan. To lose bodyfat it’s about the long game. You need to put a plan in place and follow it daily, weekly, monthly. Make it fit around your life.
You don’t have to be miserable you can still eat the foods you enjoy if you’re hitting your protein and calorie target. But you need to be patient and understand you will have bad days, days where you ‘fail’ but it doesn’t mean the week is write off, just get back on the horse and get back to the plan 😉

Nothing to write home about but personally massive for me since my injury and operation a few months ago left me broken physically and mentally. 😭

Strength and confidence up 🔥 just a small step in the right direction. Starting point four weeks ago is pic 3.
