•7.30-8.30pm

6 week term (9th November -14th December) €75 or PAYG €15.

We were never designed to stand alone. Your community - your tribe. There is so much support/help/guidance/learning/love to be gained from leaning in and finding your community.

Our next Restorative Yoga classes will be slightly different from the ones before.

We start with cacao and breathwork, followed by 90mins of Restorative yoga and to end, time to write out our intentions for the coming days and weeks.

This is a class for all bodies and backgrounds. You do not need any previous experience to benefit from this session. This class is designed for those who are seeking connection, grounding and internal calm.
