Hi Everyone

We have a few changes coming in the next couple of weeks we want to make you aware of.

From the 24th March our new Instructor Gillian will be taking the 6pm and 7.15pm classes on Mondays. We would like to welcome Gillian who teaches in Navan also. 🤗

From April 9th Lisa will take all the Wednesday classes, we will run a 9am class for Beginners and the 10am class for mixed ability will run as normal, she will also take the 6pm class and 7.15pm class.

We will be saying goodbye and very best of luck to Emily whose last class is on Wednesday the 2nd April. Emily is off to open her own studio in Monaghan and we know she will be a huge success ☺️👏👏

We will also be saying goodbye for now to Steph on the 31st March as she will be setting sail back on the cruise ship. We wish her Bon Voyage but look forward to her return in the Autumn .

The Finalised New look Classes Timetable for 2023 at RMG.

Please note that Spinning is now at 6pm on Mondays and Fridays and due to popular demand a Blackout class has now been added to the programme at 6pm on Wednesday evenings.

Our early morning Blackout classes are now at 6.30am on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and Spinning is now at 6.45am on Tuedsay mornings.

We will continue with one Matwork Pilates class on Thursday evenings at 6pm.
