What a wonderful experience I had on Friday last running 'Regulation Rocks' workshop and meeting everyone @ Autism Rocks Arch Club in Louth. A fantastic club run by committed and passionate volunteers. The children enjoying themselves in a safe space full of fun and connection. Thank you so much for having me and I'm looking forward to seeing you all in November!

When our children are having a hard time—whether it’s a meltdown, a quiet withdrawal, or tears over something that seems small”—what they need most isn't a fix. They need connection. They need presence.

Children don’t need us to have all the answers—they just need to feel safe, seen, and supported. 💬💕

The way we respond to their struggles teaches them how to handle emotions, how to trust others, and most of all, how to trust themselves.
