Meditation works, research shows us that it reduces stress, calms the nervous system, even improves sleep, and helps our immune system as well as improving our mood.
In a world where stress is a factor in so many diseases and so many people are struggling with anxiety and depression, meditation is so needed.
The magic is that it is so simple and yet so transformative.
Yet many people don't realise how simple and benefical it can be, like magic.
Plus when we meditate, something magic happens.
I am Clare Bassett and I have been teaching yoga and meditation teachers for almost a decade.
My course is fully accreditated with Yoga alliance so you will be able to get your insurance to run group meditation classes.
