A new term of Yoga classes from the 12th of January onwards in Lusk & Balbriggan.

Courses take place in Lusk Village in The Cottage Community Centre and in Lusk Community Cultural Centre and in Flemington Community Centre in Balbriggan.

The courses are facilitated by Nadia, a certified Yoga teacher since 2008 with extensive training including trauma-sensitive and pregnancy Yoga, offering inclusive Yoga classes designed to accommodate everyone.

With a lifelong dedication to Yoga since 2001, Nadia emphasizes breath, mindful movement and meditation, making Yoga accessible and supportive by honouring individual needs.

This inclusive approach creates a supportive space where everyone feels welcomed, supported and empowered.

If you want to come along, we start tomorrow 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟴 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 nice and early at 𝟴.𝟯𝟬𝗮𝗺. 6 weeks of movement, breathing practices, relaxation & meditation 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝘀𝗸, in our beautiful Lusk Community Cultural Centre.

Yoga for mums to be, from Wed 5/11, at 19.00, in Lusk at The Cottage Community Centre

Classes are suitable from the 12th week of pregnancy onwards

Yoga for pregnancy is a wonderful tool to help mums to be to relieve common aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, to reduce stress and anxiety as well as prepare for labour, birth and motherhood. An added benefit is that by practising with other mums to be, you will be part of a supportive network.

😃 👉🏻Good to know: if you have health insurance with maternity benefits, you may be able to claim part of the course fee back, depending on your plan.
