Complex orthodontic case, exceptional transformation ✨ lovely teenage patient who was unhappy with her smile. She presented with severe upper crowding, a narrow upper jaw causing crossbite, protrusive front teeth, and a compromised molar.

In cases like this, expansion and extractions are not mutually exclusive. With severe crowding, expansion alone cannot create enough space, and the best results often come from combining approaches.

Treatment included MARPE skeletal expansion, targeted extractions for balance, and palatal TADs to reinforce control during space closure.

The outcome: a wider, more natural smile, corrected bite, and treatment completed in only 20 months 🌿
