I am a Menopause Coach. I offer Menopause workshops and corporate talks, one to one Menopause appointments in relation to Perimenopause and Menopause education, support and coaching. I am member of the International Menopause Society and Newson Health Menopause Society after completing my training with both. I offer Reiki treatments and run Reiki courses. The Reiki way of life can be used to enhance everyday living. My passion is Self-Care and Women’s Health.
