If a weekly yoga class is difficult to commit to, why not try a mini retreat.
This is a nervous system reset.
Being busy and always preparing for the next thing keeps our nervous system on high alert. You cant think you're way out of it. You need to improve the environment inside. Tools like conscious breathing, yoga nidra and movement to challenge you in a safe environment, all encourage the nervous system to swith to rest mode.
All protection happens in fight/flight
All healing happens in rest/digest
This reset will help you build flexibility and resilience in body, mind & spirit. You're natural state of ease, calm, joy & curiosity emerges when the alert system is soothed.
