NO JUDICIAL REVIEW!

We have received good news from An Bord Pleanála.

Their Legal Department ‘’confirm that the Board has not been notified of any JR in respect of ABP-317951-23’’.

Now that the period for lodging a Judicial Review (JR) has expired, we can finally relax and celebrate our successful campaign against the proposed development by Moy Valley Biogas Ltd in Swinford.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who supported our intensive campaign over the past few years – those who protested, attended meetings, lodged objections, signed petitions, built floats & organised parades, donated money, researched topics and provided technical information, paid for banners, distributed Newsletters, or spread the word far and wide through social media about the negative impacts of the proposed development.

Well done to each and every person who helped us achieve our goal. We could not have done it without your vigilance, commitment and effort.

We will be organising a gathering soon to celebrate and report back on outstanding matters before we wrap up.
