We are looking for a highly skilled butcher who can lead by example and bring extensive knowledge to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
โœ…Expertly trimming, boning, and cutting meats
โœ…Supervising less experienced team members
โœ…Maintaining a high standard retail display
โœ…Providing excellent customer service
โœ…Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
โœ…Managing inventory and stock levels
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of professional butchery experience
-Strong knowledge of various meat types and cuts
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior butchers
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
