Ever wonder what makes Grade 9 Wagyu so special? 🥩

It all comes down to the marbling. Those tiny streaks of fat running through the beef melt as it cooks, giving Wagyu that rich, buttery flavor and melt in your mouth tenderness everyone talks about.

Grades 9 and 10 are right up there at the top. You’re getting the best of the best, incredible texture, deep flavor, and an experience that’s hard to beat.
