✨ Meet Our Newest Team Member – Caoilfhionn! ✨
We’re delighted to welcome Caoilfhionn to the team! 💙
Caoilfhionn began her journey studying Sports Rehabilitation & Athletic Therapy at IT Carlow, before progressing to Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, where she graduated with a First Class Honours degree. 🎓👏
She gained valuable experience working within NHS hospitals across care of the elderly, medical and surgical settings, before following her passion into Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Since then, she has built extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions across the public, private and sports sectors.
🏃♀️ Special Interests:
• Sports injuries
• Pelvic health
• Pilates
As a qualified Pilates and Pre & Post-Natal Pilates Instructor, Caoilfhionn integrates Pilates as a core part of her physiotherapy approach — combining movement, strength and rehabilitation to optimise recovery and performance.
Alongside manual therapy, taping, acupuncture and dry needling, she is passionate about using exercise and movement to reduce pain and improve function.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her running 5Ks, 10Ks and half marathons, training in CrossFit, or taking on HYROX simulations 💪🔥 Her own athletic experience gives her a deep understanding of both the physical and psychological demands of sport — and how to stay injury-free.
We’re delighted to have her on board!
