Child client fell asleep during a reflexology treatment on his mammy this evening. He was very busy when he came into the clinic. With some tunning forks and Tibetan bells to start and then reflexology on the feet, after about 8 minutes, he started dosing off. I was able to treat his feet and then for the last 20 minutes was able to do mammy's feet ... regulating both sets of feet, both nervous systems, both hearts beating together and calm. I was also able to show mam some points to do at home. I love my job and helping parents to help regulate their children.

The benefits of reflexology in post partum are many. Appointments in the morning, evening or at weekends. I'm very flexible and there is always a solution around baby 👶 😉

Om tuning fork. This is a vibrational fork that I use to help clients slow down their thoughts and their breaths and gently come out of the sympathetic nervous system - fight, flight, freeze and into the resting, releasing and restoring state of the parasympathetic nervous system. The body knows how to heal whatever you are dealing with, we just gotta give it a chance and the space to do it.

Rest! How do you feel about doing? I find it hard to do and now I've been hit by a reoccurring virus (Bells Palsy) and am forcing myself to rest. It's challenging. But the universe is sensing me a message and I need to listen. I know I need tools to do this. Reflexology can be a great tool to help relaxation, and when the body relaxs it starts to heal with whatever you need help for.... link in bio for bookings on Calendly
