What can be done in just a short online workshop?
I used to be very sceptical - my problems seemed overwhelming. It seemed like nothing would change - especially in an hour or so.
When I first experienced the power of micro-breaks or micro-moments, it seemed to simple. I noticed a change in my tension levels but doubted it could make any real difference.
As time has passed, I've come to realise the power of micro-breaks, and have learned why they can make such a difference - in your mind, in your body, and in your day.
I promise not to get to science-y on the day, we'll keep it light, interesting, and relaxing.
