As the darker days challenge us, I'm inviting you to join a gentle 25-day journey toward greater hope, peace, joy and love in your life and the world.

Hope isn't about ignoring life's challenges or forcing positivity. It's that quiet whisper telling us that goodness is possible - even when we can't see the whole path ahead. It's about noticing the small lights that flicker in the darkness - the glimmers - trusting in what might show up, and remembering we've overcome hard times before.

This week, we're gently nurturing hope, letting it grow like a seed we're nurturing with faith.

Time to let the tension go.

I just got back from some time away down at Curracloe Beach, and I have to say - it was exactly what I needed. There's something about stepping away that reminds you how much your body actually needs it.

To top it off, I had a reflexology treatment this morning, and wow - the difference it makes when you actually give yourself permission to pause and let someone ease the tension. It reminded me why my clients love coming for a treatment.

When's the last time you actually really stopped? Not just paused between tasks, but gave yourself an hour to just breathe and let go of what you've been carrying.

What would it feel like for you? Maybe it's a long walk by the water, time in nature, a treatment like reflexology, a bath, or just being still without the guilt.

Your body knows what it needs. The question is: will you listen while it's still a whisper?

Taking time out isn't a luxury - it's how you reset. Whether that's through holistic therapy, movement, rest or simply unplugging, those moments of release matter. They add up.

So this week, give yourself that hour. Your nervous system will thank you.

I slept 7 hours last night - amazing!

It's not just about sleep hygiene - is about the connection between our energetic state and how well we can rest. Our energetic state is all about your body, your emotions, your inner rhythm. Sleep and our energetic state are all connected.
