Go outside . Go for a walk . If possible get to a forest or the beach but anywhere you can go is fine.
Take in all the beauty around, the birds singing, the trees blowing in the wind , the wind , the rain , the sounds the smells the feeling of calm .
Close your eyes and really feel it . Allow yourself the time to feel
Come out of your busy world and enjoy the calm even if it’s only for a short time.

Hope .
We all need hope . Something to look forward to , something to work towards.
It’s keeps us going .. but it can be hard sometimes when you’re going through a tough time to have that hope everything can feel very dull and gloomy .. hope is like the light at the end of the tunnel . It guides us forward . So no matter how hard things seem in your life always remember the light at the end of the tunnel .. HOPE.

The first thing I’m drawn to is the full moon. With a full moon tonight I feel lots of changes coming in for us . Everything has been intense and just crazy over the last while so some calm will be welcomed !
We are moving forward on our journeys so embrace all that comes along the way . Celebrate where you are in life, how far you’ve come and look forward to all that’s coming your way.
