I think we are all getting tired ! Rushing around trying to get everything sorted , trying to finish up everything for work before Christmas, it’s also party season! but we need to take a rest .. not telling ourselves I’m fine I just need to do all this stuff and I’ll rest at Christmas!
While some might , others won’t . And others will end up sick when they stop rushing around ..
so over the nxt week - decide what’s important, what needs to be done, and what doesn’t.
Do you have to do it , could someone else do it ?
Work out what you want and need over the next few days.. not what every everyone else needs..
Get to bed early , get your rest and see how good it feels.

you need to realise your worth and not take anything less .. 💕

What are your beliefs- are they yours are the passed on from parents ,friends , communities,societies etc .
We can be brought up with certain beliefs but they may not be ok for you now, so looks and see are they holding you back ?
Could you change old beliefs and patterns to help you move forward?
Are your beliefs important to you .

Do you believe in yourself?
Most importantly.. to believe in yourself is the most powerful thing you can do , and if others believe in you value their friendship because it’s also so important and powerful.

Take some time out every day , even just 5 minutes of quiet time for yourself to help you relax .
Try and get the balance right for you ,
Do you need to go to the shops or could you get it online or could you ask someone to help you .
Little changes can make a big difference.
