Today marks 10 years since I first opened the doors here in PhysioFit. It’s been an amazing journey building the clinic from the start. Many thanks to all my clients, past and present, staff members, family and all the friends I have made along the way. I want to thank for trusting me to work with their players and support their teams over the last 10 years. The people of Maynooth have trusted me with their injuries and continue to support me and the clinic year after year. Here’s to the next 10 💪🏻

Working pitch side as a physio is normally very quiet and uneventful. Normally very cold too.
The occasional run onto the pitch for a bit of tape or magic spray as needed.

Last Saturday was different. Kevin sustained a nasty Tib/ Fib fracture and was in intense pain. As a physio is it my job to calm and reassure the player / call for ambulance support and direct and calm all spectators and players in the vicinity, whilst maintaining Kevin in a comfortable and safe position. It is quite a traumatic event to observe for all involved.

Honestly it is not a nice part of my job, but part of my job all the same. I’m thrilled to say Kevin is now doing really well post surgery but he has a long road ahead of him, including a lot of physio ! See you soon Kevin 😉

Brendan, our in house massage therapist, has finished working in the clinic with us 😞

After 3 years , he will now be fully working out of his own premises in Staplestown.

He will still be working very closely with the clinic and patients but from this location.

Brendan is still the best in the business 🙌🏻 and his chats and smiles will be missed in the clinic setting.

Naas Tri Club are having an open day this SATURDAY 7TH @ 2PM

Location : Monread community center

All new and existing members are welcome and anyone who may be interested in joining our club
