Today, instead of racing through all the usual “must-dos,” pause, just for a moment, and ask; “How am I feeling?”
Today, I realised: I’m tired, and that’s okay.
Mother’s Day (or any day) doesn’t have to be about pleasing others.
Give yourself permission to slow down.
Today, maybe take a little time for you, no guilt, just care.
Take one minute today, just for you,and share below how you’re really feeling.
