the home, work, kids, everyone else’s needs, and still feeling like you’re falling short… this is for you.

🌸 You don’t need to do more to be enough.
You need to find yourself again… who you are now, as a woman in your 40s.
Here are 5 simple steps you can do today to feel enough (even in the middle of real life):
1) Put your hand on your heart + breathe out slowly
Tell your body: “I’m safe.”
2) Say this out loud, or to yourself:
✨ “I am enough, even before you do something out of my comfort zone.”
3) Write down 3 things you did today for yourself (even tiny ones)
Because you’re doing more than you realise.
Hint: the walk you took, the peaceful cuppa, the moment you sat alone, the time you said NO.
4) Ask yourself:
“What do I need right now?”
Then give yourself something small (tea, shower, walk, silence, the relaxing extra few minutes in bed).
5) Take one tiny step toward your dream
Not the whole plan, just one small action.
Don’t overthink it… just take the step.
Because you’re allowed to want more.
You deserve more.
Now go out there and feel enough…
