I’m really looking forward to the Emotional Eating Reset, starting in 2 hours! In case you missed it, this is a 4 week program running at 12:30pm for one hour. It’s for you if:
You find yourself snacking between meals / when not hungry
You snack in the evenings, after dinner, again when not actually hungry
You snack in the car
You snack when you’re upset/stressed
You end up feeling guilty, angry, upset with yourself and the cycle continues.
When we work on the underlying issues, the symptom (snacking) collapses, and you’re back in control. This is designed to help yuo heal your relationship with you, to listen to your body, and ask ‘is this hunger, or is this emotion?’ and to learn the difference between the two.
The course is €147 for the 4 weeks and can be paid in full or in 3 instalments using Klarna.
