We were delighted to welcome Dylan, a Transition Year student, to our offices over the past month as part of his work experience journey!
Dylan brought great energy, curiosity, and positivity to the team, and it was a pleasure having him with us. During his time here, he gained an invaluable insight into the world of Eye Care and the important role it plays in improving people’s lives.

What an incredible way to start the year!
From 14–16 January, our January Sales Meeting brought us together for 3 inspiring days of learning, collaboration, and connection. Through engaging presentations and interactive workshops, we aligned on our goals and reaffirmed our shared commitment to making a real impact in eye care.

Most importantly, this meeting was a celebration of our people. The energy, openness, and team spirit throughout the days were truly inspiring and a powerful reminder of how fortunate we are to work with such a passionate, supportive, and talented team. Our strength lies in our people, and moments like these bring our culture to life.

We also looked ahead with excitement, including the launch of our new ciclosporin dry eye treatment — a significant step forward in our journey to deliver impactful innovation in eye care. A special thank you to Michael Moore for attending and honouring us with his presence as always!

And because no Irish gathering is complete without a bit of fun, we shared a memorable falconry experience — symbolising focus, strength, and momentum, while creating moments that brought us even closer together.

More than a meeting, this was a reflection of who we are. When great people come together in a strong, supportive culture, extraordinary things happen. Here’s to the year ahead!

This week, our offices filled not with meetings or reports, but with emotion and imagination.
We were honoured to host the 3rd Annual Transition Year Art Competition, welcoming Mayo’s brightest young artists to showcase their interpretations of this year’s theme: “See the Unseen.”

Each artwork told a story — of courage, perspective, and the beauty found in what often goes unnoticed. As we walked among their creations, we were reminded that creativity is more than art; it’s empathy, hope, and connection brought to life.
