Want to feel more confident using the gym, get motivated, and feel better in yourself? Join our 6-week private group gym sessions with a female instructor in a safe and welcoming space.

Flourish is an Autistic-led organisation offering neuroaffirmative, rights based supports rooted in lived experience and real world evidence 💛
The session helped us build our understanding of autism / Neurodiversity and explore practical ways to better support Autistic Children and Teens in our community with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and autonomy ✨

🌿 Saint Brigid’s Cross Making FREE Event 🌿

Join us for a lovely morning celebrating St. Brigid’s Day with the Mayo Traveller Movement 💚

📅 Thursday 29th January
⏰ 10am
📍 Parish Centre, St. Garryduff, Castlebar (F23 XK68)

The day will begin with Mass at 10am in Castlebar Church, followed by tea/coffee and pancakes on arrival at the Mayo Traveller Movement office ☕🥞
We’re delighted that Rosie Maughan will be leading our St. Brigid’s Cross making workshop, with CHWs assisting. Rosie will guide everyone step-by-step on how to make their own St. Brigid’s Cross no experience needed 🌾
We will also be joined by a priest, who will bless the crosses using water from St. Brigid’s Holy Well in Co. Louth, where St. Brigid was born. Everyone will receive a laminated St. Brigid’s Prayer to take home.
✨ A lovely morning of tradition and celebration all are welcome

Community healthcare workers from MTM who recently completed the Certificate in Community Development Practice at ATU Mayo, travelled to the University of Limerick Yesterday.
They were warmly welcomed by Dr Sandy Joyce from the Department of Sociology and Margaret O’Brien from the Limerick Traveller Network for a valuable session exploring Traveller participation in higher education, the importance of collective working, and pathways towards positive social change.
Sincere thanks to Sindy and Margaret for an informative and inspiring discussion 👏
