It was great to visit the incredible team at CUMH recently and to see first-hand the care, professionalism, and dedication that goes into supporting families every single day.

My sister, Mary Teresa O’Farrell, works there as a midwife and I couldn’t be more proud of the work she and her colleagues do.

A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses, midwives, and staff I had the pleasure of meeting - the warm welcome and words of encouragement really meant a lot.

In just a few weeks, I’ll be taking on the Mount Everest Marathon to raise funds for this amazing cause. Every step will be with CUMH in mind, and with the babies and families O’Farrell Funeral Directors have had the honour to serve.

We are now so close to our target of €6,189. If you’re reading this, you’re already part of the journey - whether you’ve liked, shared, donated, or helped spread the word.
