As part of our partnership with Boston Scientific, they are hosting a Bake Sale on Thursday April 2nd to support The Midleton Hub.
We’re reaching out to our amazing local community, if any businesses would like to donate cakes or baked goods (up to a dozen items), we would be incredibly greatful.
Cakes can be dropped to our office on Wednesday or we are happy to collect!
Your support helps us continue providing essential services to those who need it most. 💚

Something a little different this weekend 💪

A huge thank you to TK Fitness Midleton who are hosting a Powerlifting Fundraiser in support of The Midleton Hub this Sunday, 29th March at 11am

The day will include:
🏋️ Squat
🏋️ Bench
🏋️ Deadlift
📢 All judged to competition standard!

While we might not be stepping up to the bar ourselves 😅, we are really looking forward to coming along, supporting, and cheering everyone on.

If you’re around, we’d love for you to pop in, show your support, and be part of what promises to be a great community event.

This programme will offer:
• Understanding behaviour as communication
• Communication and connection tools
• Support for parental wellbeing
• Practical strategies for emotional regulation
• A safe and confidential group space
Facilitated by Karen Stack, MA, Relationship Mentor, with extensive experience supporting young people and families.
✅Commences Tuesday 14th of April, 7pm to 8.30pm, ending 2nd June .

Community Support at its Best 💚

We are delighted to share this beautiful artwork by local artist Toni Walters Futureart_bytoni, who has very generously chosen to donate 100% of the proceeds from all sales to The Midleton Hub.

This kind of support means so much to us. As a community-based service, we rely on the generosity and goodwill of people around us to continue providing accessible mental health supports to those who need them.

If you would like to view Toni’s work, you are very welcome to call in and see it at our premises on Bailick Road.
