Do you like to W.I.N?
I woke this morning full of optimism for the busy week ahead.
I know my busy mind likes to get distracted and overwhelmed by the never ending lists and jobs.
So What's Important Now is a great way for me to pause and refocus many times throughout the day.
As the afternoon crept up the reality check of W.I.N allowed me to honor my body's needs and take a time out to do some reflexology, breathwork and chill for an hour.
Listening to and choosing to do what my body needs leads to more energy and focus later on in the day.
A level of self respect I'm slowly learning to master.
W.I.N pick 3 things, do them and then check in again, allow yourself to flow with the energy of the day.
