💶 €175 per team of 4 (we'll charge your ticket price to your TeamUp account)

Each person completes 2 of the following based on their strengths- there's no getting away from the running 🏃♀️ 🏃

1️⃣ 1k Run + 1k SkiErg
2️⃣ 1k Run + 50m Sled Push (M: 152kg / F: 102kg)
3️⃣ 1k Run + 50m Sled Pull (M: 103kg / F: 78kg)
4️⃣ 1k Run + 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
5️⃣ 1k Run + 1k Row
6️⃣ 1k Run + 200m Farmer’s Carry (M: 2x24kg / F: 2x16kg)
7️⃣ 1k Run + 100m Sandbag Lunges (M: 20kg / F: 10kg)
8️⃣ 1k Run + 100 Wall Balls (M: 6kg / F: 4kg)

A few things….

✔️ You’ve got a good strength & cardio base- not suitable for people just starting with us

✔️ You confident you can handle a 1k run followed by a station... then do it again!

✔️ You’re up for training 4x/week (2 SG Strength + added cardio inside or outside the gym)

This is about pushing yourself, having fun, and taking on a challenge you mightn't have dreamed of before.

It's also a great day out and a fantastic confidence and community builder.

"I’ve been training at Reset Fitness for about 1.5 years after a recommendation by another coach who assured me I'd be in good hands.

Because of a heavy workload and travel schedule, I struggled to stay consistent with training and eating healthy which left me feeling tired and drained.

I had back pain from years of camogie resulting in slipped discs, but building strength, flexibility and overall fitness has made a huge difference and I haven't had back pain since I started!!

The coaches are absolutely fantastic, have your best interests at heart, and are very approachable if you have any concerns. They really get you thinking about your long-term health and well-being.

Training has helped me manage stress much better and I always leave sessions feeling energised and refreshed, regardless of how I felt walking in!

The atmosphere in the sessions is also lovely. You're there to do the work, but there's a great buzz and strong sense of encouragement and camaraderie from everyone.

As the guys say, everyone's there to get fit, strong and healthy so they can enjoy life more, and I'd 100% recommend Reset Fitness if that's what you're looking to do."

"I’ve been training with Reset Fitness for 3 months. As a busy mom, my biggest challenge was learning to listen to my body. I used to push too hard, get injured and then be forced to stop.

That cycle went on for years and my fitness always plateaued because of it. This was very frustrating so I wanted to try a different approach.

The guys started me off easy, reminded me why I was there, and this really helped me stay on track. The challenge is just right for me now and I’m making great progress and feeling the difference.

As I approach a milestone birthday, I feel stronger, fitter and have fewer aches. The consistency and watchful eye of the coaches make a huge difference in keeping me on track and avoiding past mistakes.

Getting started has been a very positive addition to my week. I genuinely enjoy the training and social side of being involved in a community and meeting like minded people.

"I’ve been training at Reset Fitness for 9 months and it has had a huge impact on both my physical and mental health.

I was dealing with piriformis pain before I started with regular physio appointments, and struggling with things mentally more than I should have.

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up after having my son, but the programme was very manageable and everything was taught from the basics.

I started feeling the mental health benefits that are often promised with exercise, and everyday tasks like lifting my son became easier.

I feel stronger and healthier, and get sick far less often. The support and guidance from the coaches is excellent, and the community is welcoming and genuine.

Even on challenging days, when I’m tired, stressed, busy, and not in the mood,
