I'm with Reset for a year and a half, and it's changed how I think about exercise while giving me a long-term path to feeling healthy and strong.

Before starting, I was worried I'd do the work but wouldn’t make progress or feel supported on the tougher days.

My hormones, PCOS symptoms, and low energy were affecting everything from my confidence to my mobility and daily routine.

But I felt at ease from day one because the team genuinely cares about their clients.

I’ve gained strength, lost weight, feel more confident in my body, built real mental endurance along the way, and have far more energy for my day-to-day tasks.

The coaches and members have created a safe, positive, and community-focused environment that makes training something to look forward to— it's another element to my social life!!

My quality of life has been tremendously impacted by my exercise, from managing stress better, energy levels have lifted, and a clearer idea of what health and strength look like for me, and the changes in my overall mood have had such a positive impact in my life.

Life throws curveballs and the team always helps me pivot and adapt to stay on track.

It’s a calm, easy-to-follow session designed to help you unwind after a long day.

Had a chat with Saidhbhe yesterday and her story made my day.

She started going to the gym with her mum after the lockdowns.

They wanted to supplement their walking to build muscle, increase strength, and improve bone health.

All the things we promote at Reset Fitness 🔥

Fast forward to today and Saidhbhé is thriving here at Reset Fitness afterr moving away from home.

And her mum is still training up to 5 times a week with her friends.

What a great example they are to each other.

Both are feeling stronger, more confident, and have much more energy from their efforts.

And because of the work they are doing today, they are going o enjoy much better tomorrows 💥

"I wanted to get fitter and healthier, but felt intimidated by gyms and had no confidence or idea where to start.

I believed I wouldn't be able for it and kept putting it off saying the time wasn't right.

I was frustrated by lots of failed promises to myself, but I was getting older, out of shape, my energy levels were dropping and I knew I had to do something about it!

There was zero judgement and I was only asked to show up and be coachable, which made me believe I could do it.

Now I feel stronger, full of energy and have so much more confidence to do work around the house and garden.

I can run around after my grandkids which is a huge reason for keeping myself fit and healthy.

The trainers are amazing and always check in to see how you’re doing and if anything needs to be changed. The clients are so nice and every session leaves me on a high and set up for the day.

If you’re sitting on the fence like I was, take the first step. It's the best thing I've done for my health in years and you won't regret it."

"After years of study and full-time work, my weight went up, my energy dropped, and my confidence took a hit.

I felt sluggish, uncomfortable in my clothes, and not myself at all.

When I finished studying, I made the decision to start looking after myself again.

I was nervous about failing and continuing on a downward spiral, but from the very start I loved everything about the set-up.

The planned sessions, small groups and zero-judgement atmosphere make Reset a great place to train.

The encouragement for what felt like small wins really helped, because they were actually huge steps forward for me.

Now I’ve got more energy, feel stronger, and my confidence has grown so much.

Last year I completed a week on the Camino and never doubted I could do it.

I've also just completed a five-day trek on the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal which was amazing.

The coaches are brilliant, the clients are amazing, and the support is second to none.

If you’re thinking about getting fitter and healthier, give it a go. I did, and 20 months later I’m still here loving it!"

I turned 44 recently.

Grey hairs are coming in, but honestly, I feel great for my age 😄

That doesn’t mean every day feels amazing.

I still get tired and have flat days where energy levels are low, but that's a normal part of life.

My main focus now is keeping myself fit, strong, and healthy so I can enjoy life more:

🏡 Time with family

🎣 Hobbies I love

💪 Work I’m proud of

👨‍👩‍👧 Setting a good example for my kids, friends, and clients

A big reason for keeping fi, strong and healthy is to avoid lifestyle-related issues from setting in especially as they are within my control.

I eat fairly well, but I’ve got a sweet tooth too for chocolate and ice cream 🍫🍦

I train consistently, but not every session is hard. My body doesn't respond well to pushing it hard every time I train.

No extremes. No overdoing it.

Just a few non-negotiables that serve me well week after week.

Feeling good at 44 (or any age) has less to do with the number and more to do with the habits you live by.
