I got to plug in to the mothership yesterday and it’s was a lovely day!

I also lost -1lb this week which I was shocked by as well I just cracked on with the week 😂 I didn’t over think it, I can’t control what the scales say, but I can control what goes in my mouth 👄 every day, and every meal matters!

But what part of yesterday mattered the most yesterday? Answers below ⬇️

I have discovered I am an all or nothing person! And having walking and things I loved doing taking out of my control has to be the biggest challenge of all! Today we walked, it wasn’t as fast as we used to be but we did it! And lunch was my scrambled hash! All weighed and measured!

Last night setting up group I had a moment, it was weird, and then I thought oooooo you little devil, that must be a hot flush 🤭 I have only been getting cold sweats. Was slow in getting started today, but even though the gremlins in my heads have started playing with my mindset, I know I can and will do this! Lunch time walk pending also 😍
