Does rolling over in bed make the room spin?
Does looking up or bending forward throw you off balance?

If yes, it could be Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), one of the most common causes of vertigo. 🔄

BPPV happens when tiny crystals in the inner ear shift into the wrong place, causing mixed messages between the ear + brain. The result? Moments of intense dizziness, especially with certain movements.
