The gong bath may not be suitable for women who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, those who have serious mental health problems or those who have epilepsy or pacemakers.

It is like basking into a pool of love, of high frequencies, light codes, and sound that can take you really deep and illuminate the spaces within yourself that are holding onto old stories, pain, and trauma, keeping you stagnant and co-creating the same circumstances and disharmony in your life.

It's gentle yet powerful, an invitation to soften so that the resistance within can be dissolved.
It's not about doing, it's not about techniques, practices, or even intellectual knowledge, but about awakening the very wisdom that resides within every cell in your body and in your DNA through the path of allowing.
