I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome you for a yoga practice to mark international Yoga day....the yoga events are happening world wide during this week and so Im intending to mark this event by hosting this in tge following dates of
25th June the Thursday at 5 pm
And
27th June , the Saturday at 11am
Venue Ballinwilling Beach
Its for 90 minutes , with pranayama ( breathing exercises)
Poses ( both for beginners snd experienced)
Deep yoganidra

Good afternoon dear yogi/yogi is

Due to present restrictions on crowding to stop and contain the viral spread , we are taking all the necessary measures to safeguard the health at Market Green Yogs studio, Midleton and so we are gonna keep group classes off the studio for thd next 2 weeks and hoping that we will be back on track running n doing our normal business as soon as possible
So
I will be doing all my classes live in WhatsApp
as you are all on it at the moment and it’s easy for you all to see the class on your phone/tablet/laptop and do the classes

Tuesdays at following times
8 am
9.30 am
1 pm
5 pm
Thursdays at 7.20 on
Fridays at 10 am and 5.45 pm

Intermediate class on Thursday at 6 pm

Pregnancy toga in Wednesday’s at 6.15 pm

Kids yoga on
Tuesday at 4 pm
And
Thursday at 4 pm

I'm delighted to be offering a new monthly Friday evening Yin Yoga class in Midleton, starting 28th February. This will be a juicy 90 minute class focused on the joints and deep connective tissues of the body, allowing ourselves to slow right down, spend longer in the postures, and to really feel the sensations in the body. And of course a longer class, means more time for savasana / Yoga Nidra / body scan. 😍
All welcome, including beginners.
