International Yoga Day, hosted on 25th July 2023 by me Market Green Yoga & Meditation Centre and Gita Manipulative Clinic, Gita Swarnapuri at Midleton GAA

Special Thanks to Midleton Council Office Head Mr. Joe McCarthy ( chief guest) for inaugurating the dvent and supporting with orgaising for the day
A bog thanks to The Midleton Council Office is making the event by planting Indian chest nut tree if Ausculus Indica in council grounds of Midleton

Thanks to Dr Joice Sophia for help with spreading word, sharing info, follow ups, getting the place ready and lighting candles

Thanks to Sai Pavan Rajesh Sharma & family, and Hari & family, for their timely help, co irdunation with all the organising for the event, getting the place ready with stage, sound, floor, refreshments, etc

Heart felt thanks to all the guests who came in big numbers to practice Yoga, breathing exercises, Meditation and for a warm welcome to the whole event and a great interaction there after
