On a moving pilgrimage where we will walk under Brigids cloak moving through the land as she did and uncovering the many layers and stories connected to this time of year as we descend into wisdom of Brigid and return with a deeper knowing of who we are and what we need for Spring

We will begin our day at a local HOLY WELL where we will gather the waters and begin weaving our seasonal rushes and craft our Imbloc offerings to bring with us as we travel ON FOOT exploring the hedgerows on a 6km journey to the wonderful SAUNA and COLD CELTIC SEA at Inch Beach. Here we will rest with a deep cleansing Immersive sauna, wild sea plunge experience including  poetry, meditation, essential oils and steam to help us unwind and connect to our deeper senses bringing us to a place where we can welcome the turn of the season. We will share sweet treats around the FIRE on INCH BEACH to nourish the pilgrim within. We will then close the circle together and bring our final offerings and spring intentions to the sea....

Hey everone,

I am holding a little winter restful gathering on thursday evening in Midleton for any of you who are in Cork. It is at 7.30 to 9.30pm and it will combine a drum journey session where you will be guided into a deep meditation, here you will rest and reactivate the light within you in preparation for Imbolc our coming spring season. Followed by Core cellular healing - this is our ancient tradition of healing combining the cleaning and clearing of our cells to again reactivate parts within ourselves that have been blocked or lay dormant within us
This is a deep process of activation and reintegration which is facilitated by myself and of course all of the energies, guides and transmissions that run through me. It is a process of transmutation, sacred energetic transmissions and mediumship where you will feel like you are being held in love and care and able to regenerate, release and restore balance within you.

Indigenous not Irish
Is a term I long to return to
From this land where I stand is the place I call home
From this planet of earth
Is where I've been birthed
Its not invasion, Caucasion nor Asian
Is has no memories of where you rest in
It simply knows you
Within your relationship of how you treat your kin
The animals, trees, the strong winter breeze can raise insomnia from your knees
So that you can say 'Please'
Please remember this moment, these connections called 'now'
Treat your brothers and sosters with the reverence of the Holy Cow
Seek comfort in my seasons
Allow nature to be your lover
The end of conquering is coming
We need 'indigenous' to transcribe from the Mother
Im not Afican
Im not Pagan
Nor German
Nor from Spain
I simply exist through this moment of our aim
So I twist my fingers and carry my bow
But i do not go a plundering
I am here to sow
Wheat, oats and barley
Fields of Golden Hay
Freah milky pastures
That call me each day
But as I sow my plot
Ill rever my kin
The birds, bees and forest folk
Ill not bend them, I'll not win
I'll simply align with the moment of 'now'

Join Aisling next Sunday in a Gathering of the Old Ways. As we prepare for Samhain, we remember all of the customs, stories, plantlore and crafts connected to this powerful time of year.

We will step into our circle of stones once again as our ancestors once did to connect that the great mystery calling back all of the powrful attributes of our ancestors for winter connection, rememberance, and guidance. Looking to the stars on this full moon rising we will chant back the ancient wisdom into the space to heal that which lies within us unresolved and aching for our attention so that we cqn step into this powrful time where our worlds open up to the great Otherworld and all of its potent medicine. Drawing on our Myths, stories and Lore to bring us back into our own bodies and strengths that lie deep within us dormant and ready to leap forth.
