I recently qualified in a new set of techniques addressing female health. I got a bunch of my clients in to practice in and to see if they had results. Here’s what one of them has to say:
I went to Claire for some female health treatment. I believe there might have been a bit of a hormonal imbalance connected with me getting the coil last summer (2024) that was used as treatment for endometriosis. The coil has worked great however I had completely stopped menstruating which I think most women believe to be un-natural for their bodies at certain ages. Within 4 days of Claire treating me I had a fairly normal menstrual cycle which was not as painful as I had previously experienced however it did make me feel a bit more normal as a woman. I would highly recommend a trip to see Claire at Thrive wellness. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about her practice and always makes you feel comfortable with everything she does. Before I went to Claire, I felt like I was constantly suffering.

Every day, I woke up bloated and uncomfortable, no matter what I ate. It didn’t matter if I ate light meals or avoided certain foods — the bloating and heaviness wouldn’t go away.

I was exhausted all the time, too. I’d wake up tired and drag myself through the day, feeling foggy and irritable.

Even worse, my sore tummy started affecting my mood and confidence. I felt anxious about eating. Simple activities like going out with friends or even getting through the day at work became stressful because I never knew if I’d feel sick or uncomfortable.

I’d tried so many different diets and treatments, but nothing worked long-term. I was getting frustrated, and honestly, I felt a little lost.

When I met Claire, I was fascinated to learn that my problems weren't just about food — it was about how my emotions, stress, and energy were all linked to my digestion. The first few sessions weren’t about fixing everything at once, but slowly, I started feeling different.

My bloating decreased, and I didn’t feel as tired or sluggish throughout the day. I started enjoying meals without that constant fear or discomfort. My energy levels improved, and I felt lighter, both physically and emotionally.
