Women’s bodies are so amazing, we grow babies, we birth babies and then we make milk for those babies. Then we go and do a photo shoot AND make milk!!!

Ok, maybe you don’t do a photo shoot, but you probably have been doing other work AND also making milk 😊 We do all of this all without breaking a sweat!

❓What did you do while your body was busy making milk?

I was working in the labour ward caring for labouring mamas AND making milk for my babies... like I said, we are amazing! We need to honour it and ourselves...
