I take people by appointment at our home clinic in Millstreet, cork. All treatments are covered by the major health companies like VHI and Laya etc. Treatments include:

Acupuncture

TCM & Natural Fertility Treatment

Preparation For pregnancy

Post Natal care

Naturopathy which is dietary advice, supplementation and lifestyle support. Aromatherapy massage, a relaxing treatment for overall wellbeing. cupping therapy which is a version of chinese massage for healing. moxibustion, a form of heat therapy to stimulate the body and gently increase core body tempreature as well as relieve pain and promote labour, while also a very efficient way to turn a breech baby in the final semester.

this day is only the start of the journey into a true beginning of a year.

Beannacht

when the weight deadens
on your shoulders

may the clay dance

the grey window

For me, the new year doesn't truly begin until the end of January or early February.

When we start to see the buds emerge from the earth, leaves beginning their early stage of growth on branches and the sun rises a little higher in the sky.. only then are we meant to begin our unfurling back into the busy-ness of brighter days.

That's why a reset and recharge is a good idea to get our energy ready and aligned for the coming year.

Myself, Connie and Majella are coming together to create something special for nollaig na mBan 2026!

A day of herbs, sound, movement, good food, self care, intentional planning for the year, goodie bags, love and connection is in store for all of us and we're looking forward to it already!

We will gathering in Chapel Hill School of Art om Sunday the 11/1 from 11-4 and the price is €144 but 10% off each ticket if you bring a friend!

Good evening ✨

Just a quick update In regards to my closing dates at the end of 2025.

My last day taking appointments will be Friday the 19th.
I will return to the clinic again on 14th January.

If there is any urgency over the Christmas period in regards to illness or pain please do reach out and I will see you. Otherwise it will be when I return.

I work monday to Friday 10am-3.30pm and I take late appointments on Wednesdays only.

Thank you so much for your continued custom and support in 2025 and I wish you much peace and wellness towards the end of the year. 🙏🏻

🌾✨ LUGHNASADH CONNECTION CIRCLE & SOUNDBATH ✨🌾

Myself and Sarah invite you to join us for a powerful evening to celebrate Lughnasadh, the first of the Celtic harvest festivals. It is a sacred time to honour growth, gratitude and the shifting of the seasons 🌾

Lughnasadh is named after the Irish god Lugh~ a solar God of light, craft, skill and leadership. Traditionally a time of gathering and celebration, we honour both the outer harvest of the land and the inner harvest of our ownpersonal journeys.

🌀 This special event will include a connection circle followed by a deeply soul-soothing sound bath on the beach as the sun sets over the sea. It will be a space to come home to yourself, connect with others and replenish.

This will be my first mixed-gender circle and is open to all. If you've ever wondered if you could bring your partner, friend, brother NOW IS YOUR CHANCE. Let this be a celebration of community in its fullest, most inclusive form.
