We are now booking in for both our PREGNANCY AND MUM AND BABY Pilates classes.

These classes resume on Wed January 14th and run for 4 weeks

Mum and Baby classes: Kilbehenny Hall at 10:30am
Pregnancy pilates classes: Mitchelstown Town Hall 6pm

It was great getting the band back together last night for our Christmas party and we’re so looking forward to Louise coming back to work on 5th January ☺️
