Sadly missed by his beloved wife Carolanne, daughters Susanne (Kelly) and Mary (Casey), son Patrick, brother Marko, sisters Sr. Camillus, and Angela (Bracken). Peacefully, in the loving care of the oncology and ICU Team at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Sammy, all deceased members of Anthony’s family.

With heavy hearts Anthony (J*p) will be sadly missed and deeply regretted by his heartbroken parents Pat and Nancy, wife Deirdre, loving daughters Roisin, Aoife and Caoimhe, stepdaughter Chloe, step granddaughter Sadie, devoted siblings Charlie, Beatrice and Patrina (Tine), Terry and David, brothers-in-law Dessie, Ronan, Dermot, Seamus, Victor and Derek, sisters-in-law Sinead and Emma, nephews Andrew, William (Godchild), Owen, Senan and Culann, nieces Megann, Seafra and Hannah, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, father-in-law Pat, mother-in-law Eilish, his lifelong friend Martin and many friends.
