Back pain after sitting all day isn’t just a “posture problem”

When you spend most of the day sitting, your hip flexors tighten and the muscles that support your spine can become weaker. Over time this creates stiffness, pressure and that familiar ache when you finally stand up is a sign your body isn’t getting the support it needs 🤕
