Movement quality matters more than how much you do 🏃♂️
Doing more reps or pushing harder won’t help if your movement patterns are off ❌
Poor control and alignment place unnecessary strain on joints and tissues, even with lighter loads 🧠
Slower, more controlled movement allows the body to build strength safely and efficiently 🔄
If pain shows up during or after training, it may be time to look at how you’re moving rather than how hard you’re pushing. Message me to get it checked 📩
