Back pain after sitting all day isn’t just a “posture problem”

When you spend most of the day sitting, your hip flexors tighten and the muscles that support your spine can become weaker. Over time this creates stiffness, pressure and that familiar ache when you finally stand up is a sign your body isn’t getting the support it needs 🤕

Rolling a tennis ball under your foot is one of the simplest ways to ease tension and improve how your whole body feels 👣

We spend most of the day on our feet which means the small muscles and tissues in your arches can become tight and overworked. This can affect how you walk, move, and even lead to pain further up the body in your knees, hips, or back

Using a tennis ball helps to:
