Monaghan LCDC, through the Healthy Ireland Fund are seeking expressions of interest from project partners to deliver Age Friendly projects in 2026 under the following Outcomes ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“ Increase the % of adults & children meeting physical activity guidelines ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿ“ Decrease the number of people showing negative mental health ๐Ÿ™Œ

If your organisation has a project that fits one or both of those outcomes, please feel free to complete the expression of interest form at the below link ๐Ÿ’ฏ

As part of the Walking for All programme, Monaghan Sports Partnership are offering free Walk Leader training for people interested in establishing short regular walks for people in their local area. We will host a training this Saturday in a location near you!

This is a great way to make a difference in your community, meet new people, enjoy the outdoors and help others get active.
