Hello, how are you?

It’s a simple question—but it can make a powerful difference. This year, we’re proud to launch the Hello, How Are You? campaign, encouraging everyone to take a moment to check in with the people around them.

A small conversation can open the door to connection, support, and understanding.

Whether it’s a friend, colleague, neighbour, or family member—reach out, start the conversation, and really listen.
