When you’ve trained consistently all year, setting the alarm for 6.30am 4 times per week, even on holidays.
Doing intervals on your own before the kids get up,
And telling yourself it will all be worth it is October…..
For injury to hit.
It’s not the end of the world and I honestly don’t know where I would have found the time to train over the last month…..
But there’s nowhere I’d rather be than at that start line in Dublin.
