👣 3 small things that can improve your posture today
Not in a month.

After years of working with the body, I see the same patterns over and over again.
So here are 3 simple resets most people need:
1️⃣ Unlock your knees
Standing with locked knees switches off your natural shock absorption.
Soft knees = better control, less tension.
2️⃣ Feel your feet
Most people don’t stand on their feet.
They hang on their joints.
Try this:
feel the weight through your heel and the front of your foot.
3️⃣ Stop reaching forward
Bring your body closer to what you’re doing
instead of reaching with your arms and neck.
Nothing fancy.
Just better positioning.
