Hi all, my vouchers possibly got delivered to the wrong house 🥹. (They’re marked as delivered but I didn’t get them.)

I’m hoping the driver scanned them a day early and they’re coming in the morning but on the off chance someone got them by a mistake could you please share.

I’ve several clients waiting for these for presents for people so appreciate any help in getting this sorted before tomorrow evening 🫣🎁🚚🎄

A Quick Note on How the Waitlist Works

I’ve had a few people ask lately how the waitlist system works, so here’s a simple explanation to help make things clearer.

When a class is full, you’ll see the option to join the waitlist.

As soon as a spot becomes available, the system sends an automatic email to everyone on the waitlist at the same time.

How to claim the spot:

The email includes a link, and the FIRST person who taps the link and completes the booking gets the spot.

There’s no order or priority; it's first-come, first-served.

Why classes fill so quickly:

A lot of our popular classes book out very early in the week, especially weekends and Yin classes.

Bookings open 7 days in advance, so many people jump in as soon as the new week becomes available.

However, our VIP Annual Members can book 3 months in advance to lock in their favourite classes.

That’s why you may notice some classes filling up faster than others.

If you find yourself on the waitlist often, you’re doing nothing wrong.

It just means demand for that class/time/teacher is high.

We recommend booking your classes early in the week, and if you're on the waitlist, there are usually cancellations just before the 90 min cutoff time.

Always leave feeling lighter 🪽😮‍💨🧘🏽

CONFESSION: I don’t always feel like doing yoga.

But I know that I will feel better after yoga.

Motivation comes from action.

If we wait until we feel motivated, we will never start.

My body loves yoga,

My nervous system craves yoga,

My mind needs yoga.

I don’t have much free time so when I choose to prioritise yoga over everything else on my to-do list, I know from experience that I’m investing in my future self.

For me, life is easier, smoother and I’m more effective when I make time for yoga.

Without yoga I’m

😫always tired

😡moody and cranky

😤irritable

🤯have a cluttered mind

😖stiff and sore

😵lack creativity

🤔make poor decisions

So I know that making time for yoga will make everything else I do easier.

I don’t always feel like it but I never regret doing it.
