Held beneath the energy of the full moon, the gathering weaves together yoga, conscious breathwork, sauna rituals, and cold water immersion, offering a guided journey through movement, breath, heat, and cold. These practices are designed to help you arrive fully in your body, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your inner fire.
No prior experience is required. All practices are optional and you are encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take rest whenever needed. This gathering is rooted in presence, connection, and respect for the natural environment.
