Asthmatics who also suffer from seasonal allergies can experience worsening asthma symptoms during times of Moderate or High Pollen. It’s very important to pay close attention to pollen forecasts - available at www.met.ie/forecasts/pollen - and to take action when the pollen count is likely to rise.

Our graphics include some advice on how asthma patients can minimise the affects of pollen during allergy season. Remember to check with your pharmacist which hay fever products are safe for use by people with asthma.
