Officially from my weigh in today I am now five stone lost between work with Tommy and Emmanuel and changes in my nutrition and extra bit of cardio I do on my own, things have really changed in the last year and a half. I'm definitely a lot stronger fitter and more confident onwards and upwards. 💪

She keeps inspiring us at TDF and amazing client which shows there are no limits to what you can achieve , once you are ready to take that step the best version of you will come through over time.
