As we approach the dark (feminine) half of the year, its important to take the time to just be rather than "doing" all the time. Its so important for your overall health and if your not ok yourself, its very hard to look after those around you.
Some people need to spend time in solitude, others need someone to hold space for them to relax, release and recharge. Its all about tuning into your own energy and feeling into what YOU need. 💜
Anyone that knows me knows i dont like calling myself a "healer" as i firmly believe everyone heals themselves, but sometimes we need someone beside us to hold the space so we can relax and feel safe enough to let go of what doesnt serve us, hurt, pain, shame anger, fear, whatever it may be, theres no judgement in my space, ALL parts are welcome💜
Im really grateful to have had some wonderful teachers over the years that have brought me through some powerful initiations and taught me some amazing techniques that have helped me heal my own wounds and connect to my own medicine and its an honour to be able to share the medicine with those it calls to.
