April is Adenomyosis Awareness Month 💛

Living with adenomyosis is about so much more than physical pain — it can impact your energy, emotions, nervous system, and sense of self. I know this not only from 22 years of working in holistic health, but from my own personal journey with it too.

This is why I take a truly whole-body approach to healing.

Alongside hands-on therapies, I also work as a mind-body practitioner, integrating somatic work and coaching to gently support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and feeling more in control of your experience.
Here are some of the ways I support clients:

If you’re living with ongoing pain or constant tension, you’ve probably been told to:

My work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds our experiences, and through skilled, attentive touch it is possible to restore balance, ease, and a deeper sense of wellbeing. Drawing from myofascial release, therapeutic massage, and subtle energy work including Reiki, each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual.
