April is Adenomyosis Awareness Month đ
Living with adenomyosis is about so much more than physical pain â it can impact your energy, emotions, nervous system, and sense of self. I know this not only from 22 years of working in holistic health, but from my own personal journey with it too.
This is why I take a truly whole-body approach to healing.
Alongside hands-on therapies, I also work as a mind-body practitioner, integrating somatic work and coaching to gently support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and feeling more in control of your experience.
Here are some of the ways I support clients:
⨠Massage Therapy â eases tension, supports circulation, and helps the body release held stress
⨠Aromatherapy â calming and balancing for the nervous system and hormones
⨠Reflexology â supports the reproductive system and encourages deep relaxation
⨠Reiki â promotes rest, emotional balance, and inner calm
⨠Qigong â gentle movement and breath to support energy flow and resilience
⨠Somatic Work â helps release stored tension and trauma patterns held in the body
⨠Coaching â supportive guidance to help you better understand your body, triggers, and needs
⨠Holistic Health â bringing everything together in a way thatâs tailored to you
Adenomyosis can feel overwhelming and isolating at times, but with the right support, it is possible to feel more grounded, more supported, and more connected to your body again.
You are not âtoo sensitive.â Your body is communicating â and together, we can learn how to listen.
