Peak is growing and I’m looking for the right person to step in and help us level up.
We’re bringing in a Customer Experience & Success Manager (Full-Time, 9–5, In-Person).
This isn’t just a “front desk” role.
This is about ownership.
This is about leadership.
This is about building a world-class member experience.
I want someone who genuinely cares about people. Someone who wants to improve the full client journey especially the first 90 days. Someone who sees problems and thinks, “Right, how do we make this better?”
The mission is simple:

✅ Elevate our service
✅ Help launch and integrate Open Gym
✅ Be involved in planning events & creating excitement in the gym
